CAH(22)-600D Introduction

 1. Double head decoiler

Decoiler use synchronization stepless speed regulation with feeding, motor rotation.

Mainly include O punch and V punch 1 set, servo motor driver.

O punch and V notch have horizontal step function, according to the program to automatic adjust.

Punch range: material center of ± 50 mm, stepping series can up to seven levels.

V shear use double cylinders push-pull type servo motor drive, high efficiency, low noise.

5. Shearing part

Mainly make up of + 45 (can adjust the fixed for + 90 °), and --45º shearing machines . And it is made of horizontal slide set, discharging roller .

Unilateral positioning, transmission belt stepless speed regulation, discharging smoothly.

u  The key technology and innovations

1. Siemens motion controller of the most high-end dedicated simotion-D435 controller.Voltage command type servo system, the maximum response speed is up to 4000000 pulses per second, speed up to 240 meters per minute. Can realize the multi axis linkage, electronic cam control mode, high speed shearing.

2. Feeding machine adopts center positioning structureThe production line is to change the traditional feeding machine unilateral (fixed) positioning structure layout, use more reasonable advanced center positioning structure layout. The structure can effectively avoid the feeding and discharging unilateral partial load problem, greatly reduces the sheet into pointed phenomenon, to ensure product quality, improve the production line running stability;

 

3. Independent set pressure gas supply mechanismPress section adopts the rotary cylinder, shear section adopts double cylinder push-pull driving; effectively solves the problem of low voltage high speed shearing occurs when the traditional problems. Cooperate with the German Festo quick exhaust valve, to realize high speed low noise shear.

 

4. Push-pull institution

Change the traditional transverse shear line separate pushing structure,, adopt more reasonable push-pull material structure; pulling structure mounted on the punch and shears section, effectively avoid the pusher mechanism causes the material to have problems, greatly improve the shear cutting speed.
